Privacy Policy

556 Creative LLC (“Phorrus,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides a one-time romantic compatibility quiz. This Privacy Policy explains the data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We use AI systems to evaluate your quiz responses and generate your report.

2. Legal Bases (EU/UK)

4. AI Processing

We use AI systems (including large language models) to evaluate your quiz responses and generate your report. We do not use AI to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. AI output may contain errors and should be used for self-reflection only.

5. Children’s Privacy

Phorrus is 18+ only and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data with trusted processors:

  • Hosting: Vercel, Supabase, AWS, Cloudflare
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel
  • Email: Resend
  • Payments: Stripe
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic
  • Advertising networks

7. International Data Transfers

Data may be stored or processed in multiple regions depending on vendor defaults.

8. Retention Summary

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. If you request deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.

  • Quiz responses: 3 days after report delivery, or 14 days if no report is generated
  • Reports: 36 months
  • Support emails: 24 months
  • Analytics: 14–26 months
  • Payment records: 7 years
  • Cookies: session to 2 years depending on type

11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CPRA). We do not sell personal information for money. However, we share certain technical and marketing data with advertising networks, which may qualify as “sharing” under California law.
