1. Overview of the Service

Phorrus is a consumer-facing, web-based romantic compatibility quiz that uses large language models (LLMs) to process your answers and generate a personalized relationship report. The quiz and report are for informational and self-reflection purposes only and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychological services, or legal advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Phorrus.
• You may not use Phorrus if prohibited by applicable law.
• Phorrus is accessible globally without regional restrictions.

3. No User Accounts

Users do not create accounts. You provide your email at checkout, and your completed report is delivered to that address.

Quiz progress is time-limited. If you do not complete the quiz within 14 days of starting, your unanswered quiz responses are deleted and you will need to start over.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Attempt fraudulent chargebacks
• Use your report in legal matters (including custody, employment, or immigration)
• Upload or submit illegal content
• Submit malware, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or disrupt operations
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.

5. Purchase & Refund Policy

• The quiz is a one-time purchase.
• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting us through our Support page. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Phorrus owns the quiz, platform, algorithms, designs, prompts, and all associated intellectual property.
• You own the final report you receive and may share it freely.
• You retain rights to your input data but grant Phorrus a non-exclusive license to use it to generate your report and improve the service.

7. Disclaimers

The quiz and report:

• Do not provide therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, or legal advice
• Do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition
• Do not guarantee relationship outcomes

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Phorrus provides no warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Phorrus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Phorrus’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the quiz.
• This includes claims related to accuracy, emotional outcomes, reliance, or results.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 556 Creative LLC from claims arising out of:

• Misuse of the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent chargebacks
• Use of the report in legal contexts
• Submission of unlawful or harmful content

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Governing Law: State of Michigan, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect upon posting with a new “Last Updated” date.
