If a refund request is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (Stripe).

After the Refund Window

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund period may not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Product Notice

Phorrus is a digital product delivered online. Access to the quiz and report is provided after completion, and no physical materials are shipped.
