Phorrus offers refunds under the conditions outlined below. This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Phorrus compatibility quiz and digital compatibility report.
Payment Processing
Payments for Phorrus are processed through Stripe.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction date by contacting us at support@phorrus.com.
Refund Review & Approval
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (Stripe).
After the Refund Window
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period may not be eligible for a refund.
Digital Product Notice
Phorrus is a digital product delivered online. Access to the quiz and report is provided after completion, and no physical materials are shipped.
